There’s an app that’ll backup all of your jailbreak apps so that you don’t have to reinstall them all after the update, but I kinda wanna start from scratch. Right now I can think of about 2 apps that I’ll re-install. Well, maybe 3.
Crap. It’s about 6, but it’ll still be easier for me to start from scratch.

Wow, seriously? Who thinks up this stuff? This is amazing! Why would you want it? Well, as the LifeHacker article points out, it’s great for super fast text entry with a reaaaaaal keyboard :D
On the way home yesterday, I stopped at the grocery store and thought, “This is the perfect time to try out that app I downloaded!”
Trapster IMMEDIATELY started telling me, “Police often hide here.” in a pleasant female voice. Since the phone is also my mp3 player, and is plugged into the car stereo, it was imposssible to ignore. I dropped my speed to within reasonable limits, crested a hill and SURE ENOUGH: there was a cop sitting there with his radar pointed straight at me!

It’s a tool we’ve been working on to jailbreak a phone more quickly and easily, without requiring a full restore.
This is only the Windows version for now, but they’ve finally heard people’s cries about wanting a simple jailbreak. This should take it back to being a 3-5 minute process, instead of the hour-long build and subsequent hour long restore that it takes now.
