The Gadflyer: Fly Trap: While New Orleans would have been a tragedy no matter the Commander-in-Chief, it is truly sad that more people will die, and the city will suffer that much more damage, because the man who is supposed to prepare for and respond to these very kinds of crises fiddled while New Orleans flooded.
