Thank you for having an extremely well-organized and easy-to-use Rock Band support page. My guitar’s strum bar started malfunctioning, and I’d heard you had an easy repair process, so I gave it a shot this morning.
Your site walked me through the process of creating a new EA account (dead simple — thank you very much), picking the version of Rock Band I was using, the specific piece of equipment and the problem I was having.
Extra credit: you even offered me the “Express Replacement” option, which puts a $125USD charge on hold on my credit card, but gets me a replacement guitar expedited even before I receive the box to return my faulty one in.
Great job, EA. Thank you.
