So my question is… what’s your excuse for not having an iPod touch API for third party software, Apple?

How does this make any sense?  There was only one studio previously in favor HD-DVD only, and BluRay was winning the high-def battle 2:1. Oh man.  This thought hadn’t crossed my mind after I heard about the Blackberry-on-Windows-Mobile announcement. There are still a few things that need to be addressed before I’d buy into such a situation: Having to change to AT&T irritates me.  Apple needs to seal some deals w/ the other carriers.
