Tiger
Well, I’ve completely backed up BigAl and have gotten myself used to the idea of starting w/ a completely new install when my copy of Tiger shows up.  Read about my unsuccessful attempts to create a clone of my boot partition in The Great Re-partitioningâ„¢ (Part I).  I don’t feel like bothering w/ re-installing Tech Tool Pro, so…. screw it.
The problem is that I’m not a fan of completely new installs, as I’m quite particular about what add-ons and mods I make to my OS — I run a tight ship!  A fresh install on a machine that I use to earn my living means lost productivity.  I’ve read a few articles recently about people advocating fresh installs, but I just don’t get it.  I think this is the mindset of your typical Mac user, though — “theyâ€? like to try out lots of little programs that leave small bits of cruft on your system, eventually accumulating to the point that it noticeably decreases performance.

*sigh*

Bleh.
