So the wifee & I went early to our volleyball game so we could pick up some furniture for her new office and for the last 30 minutes, we’ve been sitting at a railroad crossing watching a train sit still while blocking our path.
What’s better is that when it DOES move, it sometimes goes in the other direction!

The twin cities Metro area just completed a train system a couple of years ago that goes through the downtown. There was an intersection where the lights would turn red when a train was coming and the main road would stay green for a long time. So, when people where trying to enter the intersection from the secondary street, they could wait up to 20 minutes for the light to turn green. Every time it was about to turn, the train would come and reset the timer.
